Roxie is a seasoned event and party business educator with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the event and hospitality industry. As the founder of Event Styling Academy, she empowers aspiring and established planners to launch profitable, niche-based businesses—from glamping parties and dorm décor to luxury picnics and graduation celebrations. Her mission? To help creatives plan with confidence, profit with purpose, and build businesses that truly stand out.

Before launching her own educational platform, Roxie made her mark leading events for top corporations and VIP clients. She’s worked with A-listers like Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman, high-profile political figures, foreign dignitaries, embassy delegates, and powerhouse organizations like the Baltimore Ravens and the U.S. Senate. Her corporate leadership experience spans industry giants such as Compass Group, Sodexo, Aramark, Delta Airlines, and Starwood Hotels.
